Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays. Please allow 5 - 7 additional business days in transit for delivery. 

If you don’t receive your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@smallbizdistributors.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Order confirmation & Shipment tracking

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1 - 3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order & tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
