Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. There is a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@smallbizdistributors.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business days after receiving your shipment with pictures if any of the items are missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can start an investigation and make it right. Shipping may be applicable, depending on each case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (Special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds & Exchanges
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (3 to 5 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
